There’s a place for you here. At Anchorage Presbyterian Church, we worship together, grow together, and serve together. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning after time away, we look forward to meeting you.
Sunday Worship
8:45 AM Service
Our 8:45 a.m. worship service is smaller and more intimate, lasting about 45 minutes in the Sanctuary. Communion is celebrated each week. Hymns are sung from the hymnals, and the full liturgy is included in a worship booklet available upon arrival.
11:00 AM Service
Our 11:00 a.m. worship service includes choir, organ, congregational hymns, Scripture, and a sermon from one of our pastors.
The service lasts about one hour in the Sanctuary.
Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month.
This service is livestreamed on our YouTube page.
Summer Worship
After Memorial Day, we gather for one 10:00 a.m. service, nearly identical to the 11:00 a.m. service during the school year.
Occasionally, summer worship is held outdoors.
Sunday School
Children's Sunday School classes begins at 9:30 AM during the school year.
Adult Sunday School classes begin at 9:40 AM.
Nursery care is available for younger children.
Children & Families
Children are always welcome in worship. Activity bags with coloring materials are available, and children may remain with their families in the pews.
During the school year, school-aged children may participate in Agape Kidz, leaving during the sermon for music and activities before returning to worship.
Nursery care is available on the second floor for our youngest children.
What to Wear
There is no dress code.
You’ll see everything from casual to more traditional attire.
Come comfortably.
Parking & Accessibility
Parking is available on both sides of the church building.
Our facilities are accessible, and we strive to ensure that everyone can participate fully in worship and community life.
